A ride here is a favour between neighbours, not a taxi service. Sefer does not check licences, insurance, or driving records. Meet in a public place the first time, tell someone where you are going, and never feel obliged to get in a car you are unsure about.
Sefer handles no money. If you agree to share fuel costs, that is between you.
